Q: How can I book an appointment?
You can book online, call or text us at 612-608-3275, or stop by the salon to schedule. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability, but currently we recommend booking ahead to secure your spot.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.

We offer a full range of hair services including cuts, color, highlights, balayage, blowouts, styling and treatmaents
Q: How much do your services cost?
Pricing varies based on the service, stylist, and hair length or density. Please see our service menu or contact us for a personalized quote.
Q: Do you offer consultations?
Absolutely! We offer complimentary consultations so we can discuss your hair goals and create a plan that fits your style, budget, and lifestyle.
Salon Policies & Experience
Q: What should I do if I’m running late?
Please call or text us if you’ll be late. We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but if you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments (Venmo, Apple Pay, etc. — if applicable).
Q: Do you accept gratuity?
Yes, gratuities are always appreciated and can be given in cash or added to your card payment.
Q:Can i bring my pet?
Service animal are always welcome! But not pets, MN State law does not allow animals in salons. But we do love seeing the fur babies pictures!

Q: What products do you use?
We use salon-quality, cruelty-free products that nourish your hair and deliver professional results. Our retail brand is Amika. Your stylist can recommend the best products for your hair type and goals.
Q: Can I buy the products you use in the salon?
Yes! We carry the professional lines we use so you can maintain your look at home.
